At this time, Kate is out of network with all insurance plans.
She does not bill out of network visits, and will email a superbill that can be submitted to insurance by the patient. Patients will have free access to Reimbursify, a concierge out of network claim submission app to make things swift and easy.
All sessions are $185.
All appointments are 1-1 with Kate for 55 minutes, customized to your needs with a combination of manual therapy, movement and mindfulness practices.
Kate is not enrolled as a Medicare Provider. If you are interested in self paying for physical therapy knowing that you will not be able to submit to insurance, please reach out through the link below.
Currently Kate is available to see patients who are 18 years and older. She is not currently available for pediatric pelvic floor services.
The clinic has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments, Sunday appointments must be cancelled by noon on the prior Thursday.
To start physical therapy, patients are recommended to book 4-6 visits, one visit per week, to ensure follow up appointments on the schedule after the initial evaluation. To reserve appointments, patients are required to deposit $185 at the time of booking to be applied to the patient’s first appointment. If the patient decides to cancel their pre booked appointments, and are outside the clinic’s cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded to the patient, minus a credit card processing fee.
Telehealth is a great option if you are feeling sick or concerned you have covid and do not want to come in person.
Consultations or meet and greets are available in 15 minute increments for $60 and are done through Kate’s telehealth platform. These are not able to be billed to insurance and must be arranged with Kate via email for scheduling.
Please note, Elly (a Pomeranian), Zipper (a Pomapoo), and Hippocampus (a Pomapoo) will be in the office during sessions. They all enjoy being petted and are very sweet. They bark some as small dogs do.
Kate’s physical therapy practice is currently full. If you’re interested in being on a waitlist please feel free to reach out.
If you are interested in psychotherapy please reach out.
Kate (she/her)
I am a pelvic floor physical therapist, psychotherapist, yoga teacher and pilates instructor.
I live in the space between physical therapy, psychology, yoga and pilates where each informs the other. I love movement, and became a physical therapist to teach movement and provide safe spaces for embodiment under the medical model. I became a psychotherapist because there is no separation between mind and body…there is just how we choose to be in the world.
