I am a physical therapist, yoga teacher and pilates instructor.

I practice in the space combining physical therapy, yoga and pilates where each informs the other. I love movement, and became a physical therapist to teach movement and provide safe spaces for embodiment under the medical model.

As a physical therapist, my practice focuses on pelvic health. I treat bowel, bladder, sexual dysfunctions, perinatal conditions as well as pelvic, spine and tail bone pain under a trauma informed perspective. I have extensive training in external and internal manual therapy for all genders, as well as movement therapies and visceral manipulation.

I teach and assist continuing education through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute. I have been a consultant for Medbridge, contributing to their yoga and pilates based home exercise platforms.

I am currently pursing a masters in psychology at Seattle University in hopes to further support the community through mental health offerings in the future.

My yoga practice started at OM yoga in New York City under the faculty gathered by Cyndi Lee. I completed my initial teacher training there with Cyndi, Edward Jones and Joe Miller, and went on to teach at OM until its close. I furthered my education with Judith Lasater for restorative yoga and Tari Prinster for Yoga 4 Cancer. I completed further training with Rodney Yee and the faculty of Yoga Shanti’s program including Richard Rosen, Richard Freeman, Lip Orem and Manorama. I am a certified teacher of Pelvic Floor Yoga under Leslie Howard. I have served as faculty on teacher trainings for Interconnected Yoga 200-hr training and Art of Attention advanced teacher training.

I started teaching Pilates when I was 16. My training was unusual, as it followed a multi-lineage private apprenticeship model. I was exposed to classical and contemporary Pilates perspectives as well as complimentary methods such as Franklin Method, Gyrotonic®, Gyrokinesis and Feldenkrais.
